This 12-story, 689,000 sq. ft. facility features 54 condos and 252 hotel rooms. Hunt’s comprehensive scope of work on this design-build project included electrical, infrastructure, technology, and AV systems throughout the resort. Our Electrical team installed power, lighting, and general electrical systems throughout the building, including a 750 kW generator. The infrastructure scope encompassed setting Rocky Mountain Power vaults and coordinating site lighting and power for the resort's exterior.

Hunt’s in-house Technology and AV teams provided structured cabling and installed DAS to support communication throughout the building. Additionally, our team implemented lighting control systems in the ballrooms, bars, restaurants, and other key spaces while installing advanced AV systems in the main lobby, conference rooms, and other common spaces.

Despite harsh winter conditions, tight timelines, and mid-project design changes, Hunt’s in-house BIM and prefabrication teams ensured effective coordination and efficiency. The resort features high-end finishes, elegant public spaces, and state-of-the-art technological systems, all thanks to Hunt Electric’s expertise and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
